Fellowship Meal/Discipleship Study
On Wednesday evenings we partake in our weekly Fellowship Meal at 5:30. As we eat and encourage one another we seek to grow in Christ-Centered relationships. Following the meal we dine upon the Word in our Discipleship Classes for Adults, Students, and Children at 6:15.
Ladies of Grace
All women of Grace Community are invited to join us as we seek to honor God with our lives through personal growth and ministries that serve our community.
We meet regularly to discuss & plan as a team in order to insure that each ministry is supported by every woman involved and that we are doing our best to “Make Much of Jesus” with our efforts.
Men of Grace
Blessed is the man who walks not in the council of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night. – Psalm 1:1-2
The Men of Grace ministry is aimed at fostering biblical discipleship among men who love Jesus. This is accomplished by weekly Bible studies, quarterly breakfast meetings, and various service projects.
Growing in Grace
Book Club and Study
Led by our Pastor, The Growing in Grace Book Club and Study is intended to encourage spiritual conversation and growth. Designed to be part Bible Study and lecture, the Book Club aims to foster a “love the Lord with your heart and your mind”atmosphere. Comprised of a small group of members the Book Club works through various subjects: including theological, practical living, and church history.
We meet every other Sunday evening from 5pm-7pm. To find out more details and times contact the church office (903) 887-4701 or
Sunday Worship Songs
We are a simple church and this is expressed in our worship. On Sunday Mornings our worship is simple: a choir and piano. Our congregational singing is an important part of our Lord's Day experience. If you are interested in joining the choir or singing a special see Kevin and Pam Wilkerson (song leaders).
Mountain of Hope
Founded in 2011, Mountain of Hope is a grassroots movement of like-minded people who have been involved with Creve since 1998. We have traveled to Haiti numerous times to work hands-on in the community building schools, a medical clinic, churches, etc.
Our goals are to drill deep bore water wells, grant scholarships for higher education, foster the local micro-finance program, provide medical supplies and support the construction of a community multipurpose building.
Student and Children's Ministry
The Upper Room
Our children and student ministry is built on a family ministry model. It is our desire to help equip parents disciple their children while providing biblical training at each level of development. It is our desire to come along side of parents as they train their children. We currently have Sunday school for toddlers, children (pre-school through elementary), and students (middle to high school - The Upper Room). Our teachers are gifted in discipling our little ones. We also have children’s church but feel free to keep your children with you in “big church.”
GCC Ministry Internship
Our GCC ministry internship is geared towards men called into the ministry. Each man is lead through a six month to a year process by Pastor Michael. With the combination of theological and pastoral resources, each man receives the discipleship he needs to evaluate his personal calling. The end of the process results in license and ordination once approved by the congregation.
